Creative Leadership

An overview of my creative leadership across Oracle, Canva, and Live Nation – where I have partnered with executive stakeholders on brand-building, demand generating, highly targeted customer campaigns and engagements.

Product Demo, Experiences, Video, and Strategy

I partner closely with strategists, developers, and sales teams to deliver the Oracle message to prospective customers, creating unique experiences that are digital and in person, including work for Edward Jones, Yahoo, Cloudworld, Charles Schwab, and other internal efforts.

Executive Event Production

Leveraging my years of experience in the event space, I have lead teams in the creative production of in-person sales events at Oracle, including the 2023 Sales Kickoff in Redwood, California. Video, mobile, RFID, and other interactive touchpoints were utilized to create a unique experience for Oracle executives.

Internal Brand + Strategy Systems

I was hand selected to join an internal initiative within the North American Applications division to completely revitalize the sales process for over 4,000+ salespeople. This initiative covered every aspect of the selling process, and I was embedded within the brand and design team.

Product Advocacy and Representation

As Canva’s only US-based creative lead, I served as a chief advocate and evangelist for the platform, including featured panelist roles, customer training initiatives, and other special projects for American-based brands.

Large Scale Template System Development

Leading an international team of creative designers, I guided the strategic and creative implementation of custom templates for our customers, including a massive overhaul of FedEx’s recent design system.

Executive Video Development and Presentations

I created custom video and content pitches for sales teams to showcase the power of Canva’s video editing software, including a pitch to the international sponsorship division of the NBA.

Global Creative Director

As Creative Director for Live Nation’s music festival division (C3 Presents), I managed the creative & strategic development of our international festival portfolio.

Executive Creative Proposals and Activation Production

I was heavily involved in the concepting, pitch, and production process, partnering with Live Nation executives to win new business. This included high profile work for the NFL, the Biden Inauguration, Alliance, and more.

Render to Reality: Immersive In-Person Production

Transforming brand packages from the digital space to the live space takes a sophisticated understanding of design at scale, including engineering, architectural, and safety considerations while collaborating with fabricators and installation teams.

Strategy + Business Opportunity

Partnering with business strategists, I identified opportunities for brand/revenue expansion – including an additional stage at ACL Fest and a new ticket type that has been adopted across the entire festival portfolio (GA+).

Lolla 2020 (Virtual)

As part of a core team, I spearheaded Lolla2020, a virtual version of the festival during the pandemic. This initiative heavily relied on earned media, social awareness, merchandising, and digital impact.
